From all of us at Coalwar.com, we'd like to extend a hey howdy and Big Ups to Big Joe Hamsher. We'd like to do a feature on his service and activism at the front lines of the coal war. He and others who have put themselves in the line of fire for the sake of our gentle mother are the heroes of our generation. Therefore, for acts of civil defiance and as a reward for battlefield bravery above and beyond the call, we award you as a battlefield citation a copy of The Battle for the BTU, a renewable energy certificate, and a special letter of commendation. Your name will be embossed onto the artwork from your own REC and added as a block on The Energy Quilt so that we all might remember your courage when it came time to step up to the plate. We should all strive to live by your example. Take a bow dude - You're a total rock star, you should be knighted. As a special gift, please accept our invitation to join us for a little r&r, a week of sailing on Kentucky Lake as our guests. Please contact us at coalwar@gmail.com so we might make arrangements.
